On 18th December 2007, Association between Ruby Family – SMEC reported on result of architectural design SJC Tower.

On Saturday  December 07, 2007, the groundbreaking ceremony to begin construction of Thanh Cong Tower 1 high-grade apartment – commercial centre Project took place solemnly and jubilantly.

The Cooperation Signing Contract Ceremony occurred between Ruby Family Co., LTD and SMEC International Pty in Aug 11, 2007.
